Whether your existing panel has room for the new circuit as-is, or needs to be replaced. We confirm this with a load calculation during your assessment — most panels don't need to be swapped.
Rare, but sometimes a home's utility service itself needs more capacity. When that happens, we coordinate directly with your utility (ComEd, Ameren, or your local provider) on upgrading the service drop (overhead) or service lateral (underground) from the pole-mounted or pad-mounted transformer — most homes never need this step.
Once we've assessed those three factors, you get a fixed price — not an estimate, not a range. It doesn't change once you accept it.
